  • Innovation Award, awarded by the Université de Paris - La Sorbonne: Non-Conventional non attendind Global Care School Children, Their Families and the Community (1994). Presented at Biennale of Education et de la Formation and published in the journal Annals of the Universidad Metropolitana No. 3, Year 94/95.

 

  • Innovation Award in overcoming Poverty in 2002, awarded by the World Bank Development Marketplace-sponsored by The World Bank to develop the project entitled Training in Microenterprise for Imprisoned Women. CENDIF was selected to meet requirements of the contest were founded in dimensions: i) Innovative, ii) Reduce Poverty iii) Replicable, iv) Sustainable, v) Realistic and Participatory.

Recognition

 

  • Button CAN Honor, awarded by the National Commission Against Illicit Drug Use (CNA) Two members of CENDIF. Decoration awarded by the Venezuelan government stimulus, who have excelled in different areas of approach to the social problem of drugs.

 

  • Selected by the Foundation for Help Against Drug Addiction (FAD-Spain), giving three members of CENDIF participation in Mediator Training Course, held in Medellin, Colombia (1996). Program Support Organizations Involved in Drug Addiction in Andean Pact countries.

 

  • Acknowledgements Integrated Child Care Program Community (ATICOM), created and developed by UNIMET-CENDIF in Macarao parish.

 

  • Social Initiative Award 1995 - Voluntary Dividend for the Community (DVC).
